What Happens Next
When we receive your request, we verify your identity using the information associated with your account.
Once verified, we will permanently remove your account and delete or anonymise the personal information associated with it, including where applicable:

Booking and service-related records
Communication history
Account activity information
Other personal data stored within our platform
We aim to complete the deletion process within 30 days and will notify you once it has been completed.

Financial records and compliance requirements
Fraud prevention or security purposes
If your account is connected with a business, organisation, or service provider account, certain records managed by that organisation may need to be handled directly through them.
