Day 1: Cleaning Foundations & Time Management

Morning – Training Room:

Laundry & Washing Essentials (including reading and understanding clothing labels and selecting the right cleaning method)
Time Management & Task Checklists

Afternoon – Simulated Home Practice:

Cleaning a kitchen, bathroom, and living space
Using laundry machines safely and effectively
Completing and reviewing checklists

Day 2: Attention to Detail in the Household

Morning – Training Room:

Ironing Techniques for various fabrics
Stain Removal from walls, clothes, and upholstery
Folding & Arranging linens, clothes, and spaces

Afternoon – Simulated Home Practice:

Hands-on ironing and stain removal exercises
Organizing wardrobes and linen closets to family standards

Day 3: Advanced Tasks & Maintenance

Morning – Training Room:

Car Washing Basics (interior and exterior)
Care for Household Machines & Equipment
Flooring & Surface Cleaning (how to clean marble, wood, tiles safely)

Afternoon – Simulated Home Practice:

Mock full-day home cleaning scenario
Safe handling and storage of tools and cleaning products
Q&A and review

Examination & Resume Competency Certification

At the end of the training, helpers will complete a practical and written assessment. Successful participants will receive a Certificate of Competency, verifying their proficiency in:

General & Deep Cleaning
Laundry, Washing, Ironing
Stain Identification & Removal
Time Management & Reporting
Equipment Use & Maintenance
Car Washing
Floor and Surface Care

This certificate can be added to their CV or resume to support future employment and advancement in household work.
