Terms & Conditions:

• The smart thermostat must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
• Installation is subject to compatibility with your AC unit and existing wiring.
• Functional Wi-Fi must be available at the premises during setup.
• Our technicians will assist with initial mobile app setup only; login credentials and app store access must be available.
• Any additional electrical work, rewiring, or controller replacement is not included and will be quoted separately if required.
• The service includes installation and basic configuration only, and does not include in-depth system automation or programming.
• Installation is for residential or small commercial systems only (large-scale BMS or HVAC control systems not covered).

Exclusions:

• Thermostat device is not included in the standard installation service unless supplied by us.
• Does not include rewiring of AC systems, modifications to control boards, or power supply upgrades.
• Not suitable for unsupported, obsolete, or custom AC units that cannot interface with smart controllers.
• We do not assume responsibility for:
  • Internet or Wi-Fi connectivity issues
  • Manufacturer defects or malfunctions of the thermostat
  • Issues caused by user error, unauthorized app settings, or firmware updates after installation
• No refunds or warranty provided on customer-supplied devices.
