What’s Included:

Our dual-step cleaning process combines dry foam technology and professional wet & dry extraction, using industry-leading machines (Kirby & Karcher Professional):

1. Pre-Clean Surface Prep
   • We begin by removing loose dust and debris using a high-powered Kirby vacuum with attachments suited to your furniture size and shape.
2. Targeted Stain Pre-Treatment
   • Stain removal solution is applied to visible soiling or marks to break down grime before deep cleaning begins.
3. Dry Foam Application
   • A gentle layer of specialized dry foam is sprayed onto the upholstery for deep penetration without soaking the fabric.
4. Foam Activation & Agitation
   • A filter pad is used to softly rub the foam into the fabric, helping to lift embedded dirt and stains without damaging the material.
5. Drying Phase
   • The foam is allowed to dry, trapping moisture and dirt in the process.
6. Final Vacuum Extraction
   • Once dry, the area is thoroughly vacuumed again using Kirby to remove the foam residue and extracted dirt.

• Service applies to fabric upholstery only. Leather, suede, velvet, and other specialty materials are excluded unless confirmed prior to booking.
• Stain removal is not guaranteed. The effectiveness depends on the type of stain, fabric material, and existing condition of the upholstery.
• Stain removal is carried out with customer consent and understanding that no liability can be accepted for any remaining marks.
• The customer accepts the cleaning will be performed using professional methods that prioritize fabric safety, even if some stains remain.
• A drying period of 4–8 hours is typically required post-cleaning. Ventilation is recommended.

Exclusions:

• Permanent, old, or chemically set stains may not be removable.
• Color fading, shrinkage, or texture change due to pre-existing damage or manufacturer defect is not covered.
• Cleaning is not suitable for non-fabric surfaces or delicate finishes unless approved in advance.
• No liability is accepted for pre-existing damage or wear to upholstery.
