Emergency Definitions

AC Emergency

Means a complete failure of a unit with no cooling or total power failure. If during the summer season with high temperatures and a fault is reported with an AC unit reduced performance that impacts the health and safety of the inhabitants.

AC Non-Emergency

Means intermittent or reduced cooling of a unit, a minor leak, noise or smell.

Plumbing Emergency

Means a major water leak within the property (burst pipe, severe leak), overflowing toilet, an interruption of water supply, or a total reduction in water pressure through multiple outlets.

Plumbing Non – Emergency

Means a minor water leak within the property, slow drainage a limited reduction in water pressure. An issue that does not severely interrupt daily activities.

Electrical Emergency

Means a complete interruption of power supply to one floor or more or an entire apartment.

Electrical Non – Emergency

Means a failure of sockets, switches, flickering lights, tripping of the DB breaker impacting a limited area of the property. A fault that does not require immediate action due to a safety concern.

Call Out Response Times

General service non-emergency bookings mutually convenient times within 48 hours.
Emergency services during business hours within 90 minutes.
